The topping-out ceremony was held in a solemn atmosphere, attended by leaders from Sunshine Group, SCG Group, NOBLEX (the project’s developer and distributor), and representatives from banks and partners.

The completion of the topping-out for Tower S2 – Lumina not only reflects the efforts of the entire team but also demonstrates the consistent commitment of Sunshine Group and General Contractor SCG to creating exemplary projects that deliver real and sustainable value to customers.

Observations at the site reveal an accelerating pace of implementation. Following the topping-out of Tower S2 – Lumina, the remaining towers are speeding up the construction of the main structure, while interior partition walls within the apartments are being completed simultaneously. Externally, the Lemurian Blue semi-precious stone is being clad across the entire facade, creating a luxurious and uniquely durable appearance.

At the core, key landscape features are taking shape, including a nearly 0.5km-long lake, a central pool, flower beds, and greenery that grows denser each day. The 5-story commercial service area (floors 1–5), particularly the impressive open-plan design on floors 4–5, is also emerging, set to create the first and longest aerial shopping and dining street in Tay Ho Tay, stretching across all 5 towers.
