The Civil Judgment Execution Department (CJED) of Ho Chi Minh City announced today, November 26, the fifth installment payment to bondholders in the case of Truong My Lan and accomplices, totaling over 205.7 billion VND, equivalent to 0.683% of the enforceable amount for each case.
According to the CJED, this sum was obtained from the liquidation of assets related to the case. This payment round benefits 42,451 bondholders. Additionally, the agency has deposited the funds of 657 bondholders who have not yet provided their account details, pending further documentation for subsequent disbursements.

Alongside the payments, the CJED continues to process assets, verify, survey, and appraise the assets of Truong My Lan and other obligated entities and individuals. They have also requested Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) to transfer the frozen funds as per the court rulings to facilitate future payments.
The execution agency advises the public to avoid unofficial links and large gatherings to prevent exploitation. They urge citizens to follow updates from the CJED’s official channels to protect their legal rights.

The CJED is executing the judgment related to Truong My Lan and accomplices as per the court’s decisions. The ruling mandates Truong My Lan to compensate over 30,081 billion VND to 43,108 bondholders involved in the case. This compensation applies to holders of the following bond codes: QT-2018.12.1; SET.H2025; ADC-2018.09; ADC-2019.01; ADC-2018.09.01; and SNW-2018.10. Bonds not listed in the judgment are ineligible for payment, as they fall outside the court-mandated execution scope. |
