Previously, the execution agency completed four payment rounds, disbursing over 8.62 trillion VND, allocated at varying rates depending on the phase.

Alongside the payments, the CJED continues to process assets, verify, survey, and appraise the assets of Truong My Lan and other obligated entities and individuals. They have also requested Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) to transfer frozen funds as per court orders to facilitate subsequent payments.

The execution agency advises the public to avoid unofficial links and large gatherings to prevent exploitation. Citizens are encouraged to follow updates from the CJED’s official channels to protect their legal rights.

The CJED is executing the judgment against Truong My Lan and accomplices as per the court’s rulings. The verdict mandates Truong My Lan to compensate over 30,081 billion VND to 43,108 individuals who purchased bonds related to the case.

Payments are being made to holders of the following bond codes: QT-2018.12.1; SET.H2025; ADC-2018.09; ADC-2019.01; ADC-2018.09.01; and SNW-2018.10. Bond codes not listed in the judgment are ineligible for payment, as they fall outside the court-ordered execution scope.
