The Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Execution Department (HCMC CJED) announced today, November 26th, the fifth installment of payments to bondholders in the case against Truong My Lan and accomplices. This installment totals over 205.7 billion VND, representing a 0.683% payout ratio on the enforceable amount for each case.
According to the HCMC CJED, these funds were obtained from the liquidation of assets related to the case. This round of payments reaches 42,451 bondholders. Additionally, the department has deposited funds for 657 bondholders who haven’t provided bank account details, awaiting further documentation to complete their payments.

Previously, the execution agency completed four payment installments totaling over 8.62 trillion VND, distributed at varying rates depending on the phase. |
Alongside disbursements, the HCMC CJED continues to process assets, verify, survey, and appraise properties belonging to Truong My Lan and other obligated entities and individuals. They’ve also requested Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) to transfer frozen funds as per court rulings to facilitate future payments.
The execution agency advises the public to avoid unofficial links and large gatherings to prevent exploitation. Citizens are urged to follow updates from official HCMC CJED channels to protect their legal rights.

The HCMC CJED is executing the judgment against Truong My Lan and accomplices as per court rulings. The judgment mandates Truong My Lan to compensate over 30,081 billion VND to 43,108 individuals who purchased bonds related to the case. This compensation applies to holders of the following bond codes: QT-2018.12.1; SET.H2025; ADC-2018.09; ADC-2019.01; ADC-2018.09.01; and SNW-2018.10. Bonds not listed in the judgment are ineligible for payment as they fall outside the court-ordered execution scope. |
