Previously, the execution agency completed four payment phases, totaling over VND 8.62 trillion, distributed at varying rates across different stages.

Alongside disbursements, HCMC CJED continues to process asset liquidation, verification, measurement, and valuation of assets owned by Truong My Lan and associated entities or individuals liable for execution. Concurrently, Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) has been instructed to transfer frozen funds as per court orders to support subsequent payment phases.

The execution agency advises the public to avoid unverified links and large gatherings to prevent exploitation. Citizens are encouraged to monitor official HCMC CJED channels to safeguard their legal rights.

HCMC CJED is executing the judgment against Truong My Lan and accomplices as per court rulings. The verdict mandates Truong My Lan to compensate over VND 30,081 billion to 43,108 bondholders involved in the case.

Payments are allocated to holders of the following bond codes: QT-2018.12.1; SET.H2025; ADC-2018.09; ADC-2019.01; ADC-2018.09.01; and SNW-2018.10. Bonds not listed in the judgment are ineligible for payment, as they fall outside the court-mandated execution scope.
