Kafi Securities Joint Stock Company has announced the minutes of the ballot and the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders via written communication. The announcement includes the election of additional Board of Directors members and amendments to the company’s charter.
Shareholders approved increasing the number of Board of Directors members from 4 to 6.
Two new members, Mr. Trịnh Thanh Cần and Mr. Diệp Thế Anh, were elected to the Board of Directors for the remainder of the term, which extends until 2027.

Mr. Trịnh Thanh Cần, born in 1978, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Fund Management Certificate. He has extensive experience in the financial sector, having worked at institutions such as HSBC, VinaCapital, Ban Viet Securities, and HSC.
From April 2015 to April 2022, Mr. Cần served as CEO of ACB Securities. Since April 2022, he has been the CEO of Kafi Securities. Additionally, he chairs the Representative Board of the Chubb Expanded Bond Investment Fund.
Mr. Diệp Thế Anh, born in 1980, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a Master’s in Information Technology Systems, and an MBA. He has been Deputy CEO of Kafi Securities since 2022.
Prior to joining Kafi, Mr. Diệp Thế Anh held positions such as IT Director at HSC, Deputy CEO at ACB Securities, and Director at SSI.
The amendments to the company’s charter presented to shareholders include updates related to the rights and responsibilities of the Board of Directors, compensation, and benefits for Board members and the Supervisory Board.
In terms of business performance, Kafi Securities reported cumulative revenue of VND 1,846 billion in the first nine months of 2025, nearly tripling the figure from the same period last year. Pre-tax profit reached VND 342 billion, 2.25 times higher than the previous year.
