This partnership marks a significant milestone in expanding the smart device supply chain and elevating the technological ecosystem within the high-end real estate projects developed by Sunshine Group.

Under the agreement, Moorgen will collaborate with Unicloud Group to manufacture custom-ordered smarthome devices for Sunshine Group, ensuring seamless integration in terms of aesthetics, functionality, and operation within the entire project ecosystem. Establishing a proactive supply source allows Sunshine Group to enhance quality control, optimize the value chain, and offer customization options tailored to individual homeowners’ needs—a critical criterion in the high-end customer segment, where privacy and security in home technology are paramount.

At the event, Mr. Đinh Chí Hiếu, CEO of Unicloud Group, shared: “Partnering with Moorgen is a crucial step in our journey to create personalized smart living standards alongside Sunshine Group. The company holds over 300 patents, notably for its AI-powered touchscreens, smart panels, central controllers, and the “Moorgen AI Intelligent Algorithm (MIA Technology)”—an adaptive learning algorithm tailored to user behavior. This innovation positions Moorgen at the forefront of the smart home device market.

In parallel with this expansion strategy, Unicloud Group’s technology research team is intensifying efforts to develop and refine smart home solutions, maintaining strict control over design, hardware-software testing, and operational standards before real-world application. Prior to partnering with Moorgen, Sunshine Group established collaborations with global leaders such as Suofeiya (customized furniture) and Haier Group (digital living and transformation solutions).
