On November 26, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Bac Ninh Province announced a list of vehicles violating traffic rules and subject to fines based on camera evidence from November 15 to 24, 2025.
According to the announcement, a total of 384 violations were recorded by the camera system. These included 224 car violations and 160 motorcycle violations.

Method 1: Check for fines on the Traffic Police Department’s website
Step 1: Visit the Traffic Police Department’s website: https://www.csgt.vn/.
Click on “Tra cứu phương tiện vi phạm giao thông qua hình ảnh” (Check for traffic violations through images) on the right side of the screen.
Step 2: Enter the required information in the “Tra cứu phương tiện vi phạm giao thông qua hình ảnh” (Check for traffic violations through images) section on the right side of the screen.
Step 3: In the search section, enter the full license plate number of the vehicle to be checked and select the vehicle type (Car or Motorcycle).
Step 4: Enter the captcha code (the combination of letters and numbers next to the empty box).
Step 5: Click “Tra cứu” (Search) to find the results.
The system will then return the traffic violation results of the vehicle through camera footage. If no results are found, it means the vehicle has not been fined.
Method 2: Check through mobile applications
Residents can use traffic violation checking apps available on Android and iOS platforms such as VNeTraffic.
Step 1: Download and install the VNeTraffic app on your phone from the App Store/CH Play.
Step 2: Log in to your account.
If you don’t have an account, register one by following these steps:
Click “Đăng ký” (Register), then scan the QR code on the top right corner of your ID card. Verify the information, enter your phone number, and click “Xác nhận” (Confirm).
The system will send an OTP code to your phone; enter this code and set a password.
Step 3: To check for fines, select “Tra cứu vi phạm” (Check for violations).
Step 4: Enter the license plate number to be checked and click “Kiểm tra” (Check).

Three common traffic violations on the list are failing to wear a helmet, running red lights, and neglecting to fasten seatbelts.
