The Department of Construction in Bac Ninh has recently announced a list of over 3,400 social housing units for the workforce in Nenn Ward, starting at 13 million VND per square meter. These units are part of the large-scale social housing projects in subdivisions CT1, CT2, CT3, and CT4, currently under development in the province.
Subdivisions CT1 and CT2 span over 32,000 square meters, featuring two 20-story buildings equipped with gardens, internal transportation, green spaces, and resident amenities. The 256,000 square meters of floor space include apartments ranging from 25 to 70 square meters, community areas, and parking facilities, accommodating approximately 12,000 residents.
Applications for these units will be accepted from November 15 to December 15, 2025. Of the nearly 2,800 units in these two subdivisions, over 2,400 are for sale. To date, almost 2,400 units have been sold, leaving only 90 unsold and 338 for rent. Prices are set at 13.4 million VND per square meter for CT1 and 14.5 million VND per square meter for CT2.
Subdivisions CT3 and CT4, covering over 20,700 square meters, continue the high-rise social housing model with integrated infrastructure. These subdivisions are designed to house around 8,000 residents.
Applications for CT3 and CT4 will also be accepted from November 15 to December 15, 2025. Out of the nearly 1,160 units available, over 1,000 have been sold, with 120 units still available for purchase and 344 for rent. Prices here are set at 16.8 million VND per square meter.
As the demand for housing among industrial workers continues to rise, Bac Ninh has emerged as a national leader in social housing development. The province currently has 77 social housing projects underway, covering approximately 280 hectares and expected to provide around 114,400 units.
Under the Prime Minister’s plan to build at least 1 million social housing units from 2021 to 2030, Bac Ninh is tasked with developing 147,100 units, accounting for over 14% of the national target.
According to Bac Ninh’s 2025 socio-economic report, the province is on track to complete nearly 16,000 social housing units by the end of 2025.
