Closing the trading session last night and early this morning, November 28th (Vietnam time), the price of Robusta coffee on the London exchange rose by 2 to 26 USD/ton, while the July 2026 futures contract dipped by 2 USD/ton.
Robusta Rebounds, Arabica on Holiday
For the January 2026 benchmark contract, Robusta prices climbed 26 USD/ton to 4,539 USD/ton, while Arabica December 2025 futures held steady at 9,070 USD/ton.
Today’s domestic coffee prices are expected to rebound from the average of 111,300 VND/kg observed before the London session.
At current price levels, most businesses are encouraging customers to increase purchases, citing this as an opportune moment for buying.
Vietnam is in the peak harvest season, with abundant supply. Many small-scale farmers, in particular, need to sell a portion of their crop to cover harvesting and living expenses.

According to the International Trade Centre (ITC), Vietnam was Malaysia’s top coffee supplier in the first eight months of 2025, exporting 25,800 tons—a 5% increase—at an average price of 5,500 USD/ton.
Vietnam’s market share in Malaysia’s total coffee imports rose to 42%, up from 38% in the same period last year.
Meanwhile, Malaysia’s overall coffee imports fell nearly 6% to 60,700 tons, indicating that Vietnamese coffee has performed well even as the market contracted.
