Hòa Phát deploys personnel to provide emergency relief to households affected by floods in Hòa Xuân Commune, Đắk Lắk Province.
In response to the severe damage caused by flooding in Đắk Lắk Province, Hoa Phat Group has launched an emergency relief program, donating 100,000 m² of roofing sheets to help residents swiftly repair their damaged homes.
According to preliminary statistics from the Đắk Lắk Provincial People’s Committee, approximately 21,000 homes require repairs and re-roofing following the prolonged heavy rains. Understanding the challenges faced by locals, Hoa Phat’s leadership dispatched staff to collaborate with local authorities, ensuring swift delivery and distribution of materials.
The group plans to distribute the roofing sheets in a rolling manner, starting from November 27, 2025, based on local government coordination. The goal is to enable residents to quickly restore their homes, stabilize their lives, and resume productive activities.
Alongside material aid, Hoa Phat has also launched an initiative encouraging employees to donate one day’s salary to support flood-affected communities in Central and Central Highlands regions.

Hoa Phat representatives emphasized that community responsibility is a core pillar of the group’s development strategy. Over the years, the company has implemented numerous social welfare programs focusing on four key areas: Healthcare, Education, Infrastructure, and Community Development. In the first nine months of 2025, Hoa Phat contributed over VND 9.4 trillion to the state budget, reinforcing its role as a major contributor across multiple localities.
Beyond Đắk Lắk, Hoa Phat has undertaken various community initiatives, including constructing approximately 1,500 homes for low-income families, rebuilding dozens of houses destroyed by Typhoon Yagi in Lào Cai, donating VND 40 billion to build new schools in Quảng Ngãi, and providing over 300 water filtration systems to schools and healthcare facilities nationwide.
Other major corporations have also actively supported disaster recovery efforts. Vingroup, for instance, has allocated a VND 500 billion relief package, with VND 200 billion designated for Đắk Lắk, VND 100 billion each for Khánh Hòa, Gia Lai, and Lâm Đồng.
