Businesses Finalizing Cash Dividends for the Week of December 1-5, 2025

The highest dividend payout for the upcoming week is by MSH (May Sông Hồng), as an advance dividend for 2025. With a 40% rate and over 112.5 million outstanding shares, the company is expected to disburse approximately 450 billion VND. The ex-dividend date is December 1, with payment starting from December 25, 2025.

This marks the highest dividend rate in the past four years. The MSH Board of Directors’ resolution highlights that this rate is based on the projected profit exceeding the 2025 target set by the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Previously, the 2025 AGM approved a dividend rate of 35-40%, based on an estimated pre-tax profit of 600 billion VND. In reality, the company achieved over 570 billion VND in pre-tax profit in the first nine months, with a strong chance of surpassing the target.

Next is LBM, with a decision to pay the first installment of the 2025 dividend at a 25% rate (2,500 VND per share). The ex-dividend date is December 3, with payment scheduled for December 19. With 40 million outstanding shares, the total payout is expected to reach 100 billion VND. This installment is part of the adjusted plan approved at the 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting, where the company increased the dividend plan from 12.5% to 25%.

Despite only finalizing the first installment of the 2025 dividend at a 10% rate (1,000 VND per share), FPT stands out with an estimated total payout of over 1.7 trillion VND. The ex-dividend date is December 1, with payment on December 12. FPT has maintained a consistent dividend policy, paying 20% in cash annually from 2018 to 2024.

Next week, two companies will finalize stock dividends: PDV (20%, i.e., 100 shares receive 20 new shares) and YBM (25%, i.e., 100 shares receive 25 new shares). The ex-dividend date for both is December 2, and both dividends are for 2024. PDV plans to issue 13.2 million new shares, while YBM will issue nearly 3.6 million new shares.
