As of November 28, 2025, the combined assets of Vietnam’s 20 wealthiest individuals on the stock market reached VND 981.7 trillion, a surge of VND 171.8 trillion from the start of the month, marking a 21.2% increase. Compared to the beginning of 2025, their total wealth has skyrocketed by VND 641.5 trillion, equivalent to a staggering 188.6% growth.
Vingroup Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong maintains his top position with a net worth of VND 584.7 trillion, up from VND 428.9 trillion, reflecting a remarkable 36% increase in just one month—the highest in the list. His wealth accounts for approximately 60% of the Top 20’s total assets.
Pham Thu Huong (Mrs. Vuong) ranks fourth with VND 44.3 trillion, just VND 1 trillion shy of the third position. Pham Thuy Hang (Mrs. Huong’s sister) holds the sixth spot with VND 29.6 trillion.

Among the Top 20, 11 individuals saw their wealth decline, including Tran Dinh Long and his wife, Ho Hung Anh (Techcombank Chairman) and his family, Truong Gia Binh (FPT Chairman), Nguyen Dang Quang (Masan Group Chairman), Nguyen Duc Tai and Tran Le Quan (The Gioi Di Dong Chairman and Founder).
Gelex CEO Nguyen Van Tuan ranks 15th with VND 10.1 trillion, a 6% increase from the start of the month. In late 2024, he was 39th on the list.
VPBank Chairman Ngo Chi Dung and his family saw a 2% rise in wealth, placing them 16th, 17th, and 18th, respectively.
