During the conference, the Da Nang City Party Committee Organization Board and the Department of Home Affairs announced decisions made by the City Party Committee’s Standing Board and the City People’s Committee Chairman.
Accordingly, Mrs. Trần Thị Kim Hoa, a member of the City Party Committee’s Standing Board and Chief Inspector of the City, has been assigned to serve as Director of the Department of Home Affairs, concurrently holding the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee Organization Board. She has also been appointed as Chairwoman of the People’s Committee of Hoang Sa Island District.
Mr. Trần Thắng Lợi, a member of the City Party Committee’s Standing Board and Chief of the City Party Committee Office, has been transferred to the City People’s Committee to assume the role of Chief Inspector of the City.
Mr. Phan Văn Bình, a member of the City Party Committee’s Standing Board and Director of the Department of Home Affairs, has been assigned to serve as Chief of the City Party Committee Office. These appointments are valid for a term of 5 years.

In his task assignment speech, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyễn Đình Vĩnh congratulated the newly assigned, transferred, and appointed officials. He urged them to continue leveraging their capabilities, sense of responsibility, unity, and creativity in advising on Party building, organizational and personnel work, and implementing the guidelines and resolutions of the Central Committee and the City Party Committee.
The Standing Deputy Secretary also requested relevant agencies and units to collaborate and provide support to help the newly transferred and appointed officials effectively perform their duties and excel in their new roles.
