FLC Group Receives Positive News Under Former Chairman Trinh Van Quyet’s Leadership

FLC Premier Parc, a residential project within the urban area of Dai Mo Ward, has been granted permission by the Hanoi Department of Construction to sell units to foreign organizations and individuals. Developed by FLC Group, this condominium project marks a significant milestone in the real estate market.

The Hanoi Department of Construction has recently updated the list of housing projects eligible for sale to foreign organizations and individuals. All newly added projects are apartment complexes located in Dai Mo, Phuong Liet, and Xuan Dinh areas.

Among the highlights is the DM1 Urban Function Area (commercially known as FLC Premier Parc) in Dai Mo Ward, developed by FLC Group. The apartment building is ahead of schedule by nearly a year and is expected to be handed over to customers by June 2026.

Within FLC’s current asset portfolio, this project is considered a valuable asset due to its prime location on the extended Le Quang Dao Street, adjacent to the new 70-meter road—two vital transportation arteries in western Hanoi.

Spanning over 10,300 m², the project offers more than 400 luxury apartments in a 12-story tower with 3 basement levels, ensuring each apartment has 1–2 parking spaces—a rare feature in urban projects. The 12-story height provides unobstructed, villa-like views, setting it apart from other high-rise buildings in the area.

Recently, FLC has been revitalizing its real estate division, the cornerstone of its reputation. In addition to the Hausman Premium Residences project, in April 2025, the former Binh Dinh Province (now Gia Lai) approved FLC’s proposal to plan an airport urban area in Cat Tan Commune, Phu Cat District.

At the Hausman Premium Residences construction site within FLC Premier Parc, hundreds of engineers and workers, along with advanced machinery, are working tirelessly to ensure timely project completion.

Another notable project is the Imperial Complex (commercially known as The Queen) at 360 Giai Phong Street, a 35-story mixed-use development with approximately 900 apartments by Thang Long Investment and Trade Group.

The third project, The Prime, is located in the K8-HH1 plot of Tay Ho Tay Urban Area, Xuan Dinh Ward. This luxury apartment project by THT Development Company is slated for completion in Q2/2027.

The 2023 Housing Law introduces more flexible provisions for foreign homeownership. Legally admitted foreigners can purchase property in Vietnam without transaction limits, subject to caps: no more than 30% of units in a single apartment building and no more than 250 individual houses in a ward-sized area.

The maximum ownership period is 50 years, renewable once for an additional 50 years. Foreigners married to Vietnamese citizens may qualify for permanent ownership, extending the total duration to 100 years—double the previous limit.

Hanoi last approved a similar list in July, focusing on low-rise housing in Viet Hung, Dan Phuong, and Hoai Duc.

According to the Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Association (VARS), foreigners purchased over 2,800 apartments in Hanoi last year, doubling the 2018–2022 figure due to more lenient regulations.
