According to the scheduled agenda, today (December 1st), the National Assembly will dedicate its session to discussing amendments to the Law on Geology and Mineral Resources and the Law on Digital Transformation.
In the afternoon, delegates will review a draft resolution addressing mechanisms and policies to resolve challenges in implementing the Land Law. Government officials will clarify issues raised by delegates at the end of each discussion session.

On December 2nd, delegates will deliberate on two key issues: a draft resolution on breakthrough policies for public health protection and improvement, and investment principles for national programs on healthcare, population, education modernization, and quality enhancement (2026–2035).
On December 3rd, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyễn Hòa Bình will present a report on the implementation of National Assembly resolutions from the 14th and 15th terms regarding thematic supervision and questioning.
The Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court, the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy, and the State Auditor General will also present reports on these resolutions.
Following the review, the National Assembly will hold a plenary discussion on these reports.
On December 4th, the National Assembly will discuss the 2021–2026 work reports of the President, Government, National Assembly (15th term), Supreme People’s Court, and Supreme People’s Procuracy.
This week, the National Assembly will also vote on the amended Laws on Forensic Expertise, Civil Judgment Enforcement, and amendments to the Law on Judicial Records.
