VinFast has officially inaugurated its 350th auto repair and maintenance service center in Tu Son, Bac Ninh. With 350 existing centers and plans to reach 400 by the end of the year, VinFast now boasts the largest customer care network among Vietnamese automakers.

The 350th service center, located at the VinFast Loc Linh 3S dealership in Tu Son, Bac Ninh, spans 4,500 square meters and meets global 3S standards, adhering to VinFast’s stringent requirements. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including advanced diagnostic tools, 3D wheel alignment systems, brake force testers, and eco-friendly water-based paint lines.

Capable of servicing 80–100 vehicles daily, the VinFast Loc Linh center not only meets current customer demands but is also poised to support future growth as VinFast’s vehicle sales continue to rise.

From 200 service centers at the end of 2024, VinFast is projected to reach 400 nationwide by year-end.

Notably, many of VinFast’s 350 operational service centers were converted from existing repair and sales facilities previously serving foreign internal combustion engine brands.

Ms. Duong Thi Thu Trang, Deputy CEO of Global Sales and Marketing at VinFast, stated:

“VinFast’s record-breaking sales have driven a surge in demand for maintenance and repair services. Guided by our philosophy of ‘Customer-Centricity’ and our strong partnership with dealers, we are committed to expanding our network and enhancing service quality to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. This foundation will propel the growth of electric vehicles and accelerate Vietnam’s green transition.”
