The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, Nguyen Van Duoc, has signed and issued Decision No. 2940 regarding the establishment of the Land Price Appraisal Council for Ho Chi Minh City (referred to as the Council).
This decision replaces Decision No. 3521/2024 of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee on the reorganization of the Land Price Appraisal Council.

According to the decision, Mr. Bui Minh Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, will serve as the Chairman of the Council. The Director or Acting Director of the Department of Finance will act as the Vice Chairman.
Other members include leaders of various departments, agencies, and Chairpersons of the People’s Committees of 168 wards, communes, and special zones across the city. Notable members are: Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police Mai Hoang, Commander of the Ho Chi Minh City Command Vu Van Dien, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Toan Thang, Chief of the Office of the People’s Committee Duong Hong Thang, Director of the Department of Construction Tran Quang Lam, Director of the Department of Planning and Architecture Vo Hoang Ngan, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade Bui Ta Hoang Vu, and Director of the Department of Science and Technology Lam Dinh Thang.
Additionally, during the appraisal process of the city’s land price table, the Council will invite the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the City Farmers’ Association to provide feedback during Council meetings.
The Council is tasked with appraising the land price table of Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with legal regulations. The Council will dissolve upon completion of its assigned tasks.
