Following the transaction, Ms. Thuong’s holdings of NAG shares increased from 1,644,378 to 2,785,136 shares, representing a 7.21% stake in the company’s charter capital, solidifying her position as a major shareholder within the conglomerate.

In the residential air conditioning segment, Nagakawa has risen to the top in terms of volume across major retail systems, while its central air conditioning, VRF, and Chiller divisions have seen robust growth due to long-term investments in quality and technology.
