During the inspection, authorities discovered the store was selling 80 used iPhones without proper invoices or documentation.

The Market Management Team No. 1 has seized all the phones for further processing in accordance with regulations. The business was found to have committed two violations: trading goods of unknown origin and dealing in smuggled goods. The expected fine for these violations is approximately 135 million VND.

Market management authorities noted that the end of the year is a period when smuggling and trade fraud activities become more complex.

The Market Management Team No. 1 is intensifying inspections, monitoring, and strictly handling violations in the area.
