As of September 30, 2025, SHB‘s total assets reached 852.695 trillion VND, a 14.1% increase compared to the end of 2024, surpassing the 2025 plan and targeting 1 million trillion VND by 2026. The cost-to-income ratio (CIR) stands at 18.9%, positioning SHB among the industry leaders in CIR management. SHB maintains its position in the Top 5 largest private commercial banks in Vietnam by charter capital.

Alongside robust business results, SHB is accelerating its comprehensive digital transformation, focusing on modernizing technology infrastructure, automating processes, and developing a digital ecosystem to enhance customer experiences. The bank has launched SHB SAHA, a next-generation digital banking app, a significant upgrade from SHB Mobile.
