This marks a pivotal step in propelling the project into its most robust development phase since the beginning of 2025.
According to the developer’s representative, the contractor selection process was based on stringent criteria, including construction capabilities, experience in housing and urban projects, and the ability to meet deadlines. Both selected contractors boast clear track records, having participated in large-scale projects with rigorous technical and timeline requirements.
Since late November, Viettel Construction and Vinaconex1 have mobilized personnel, machinery, and materials to the site, initiating preparatory work and commencing construction on key segments.
Viettel Construction stands as one of Vietnam’s leading infrastructure and construction contractors, renowned for its ability to manage large-scale projects, from urban centers to complex, challenging environments. Their disciplined project management and quality control systems ensure that Vista Nam An Khánh’s components adhere to the highest standards and timelines.
Vinaconex1, a longstanding name in civil construction, has been involved in numerous large-scale, technically demanding projects in Hanoi and northern provinces. With decades of experience and a proven ability to manage complex projects, Vinaconex1 aligns perfectly with Vista Nam An Khánh’s goal of comprehensive development in the upcoming phase.

SJ Group and Vinaconex1 formalize their partnership, marking the second contractor’s entry into the project’s accelerated phase.
At the event, Mr. Nguyen Tran Dung, Deputy General Director of SJ Group, emphasized that partnering with these two major contractors is a critical step in the project’s acceleration phase.
“We selected Viettel Construction and Vinaconex1 based on their proven construction expertise, extensive experience in large-scale projects, and their exceptional track record in delivering high-quality low-rise buildings. Both are industry leaders with robust project management systems and strong resource mobilization capabilities. This collaboration will ensure Vista Nam An Khánh meets its deadlines, maintains quality standards, and adheres to design and planning benchmarks,” Mr. Dung stated.
The agreement signed on November 29 encompasses the construction of low-rise buildings in the Vista Garden and Vista Serena sections.
Vista Nam An Khánh Accelerates Development Across All Zones
Vista Nam An Khánh is a 234-hectare urban development located at the western gateway of Hanoi, featuring low-rise and high-rise residential areas, along with extensive landscaping and amenities.
In Vista Serena, low-rise buildings in plots TT61, TT62, and TT63 are nearing completion, with handover scheduled for March 2026. As new contract work progresses, the number of completed low-rise units in this zone will significantly increase, moving toward full completion.
Previously, Vista Palma completed exterior enhancements, landscaping, and internal road networks. This zone is now ready to welcome residents and commercial services, establishing Vista Nam An Khánh’s vibrant commercial ecosystem.
Alongside low-rise developments, SJ Group is preparing to launch high-rise construction, including 8 towers: 6 in plots CT3 and CT4 (approximately 25 floors each) and 2 mixed-use towers in HH5 (approximately 40 floors each). These structures, located near the 50-meter-wide LK8 road, will offer seamless connectivity to Thang Long Avenue and the future Metro Line 5, forming the new urban core of Vista Nam An Khánh.

SJ Group representatives provide updates on the Vista Nam An Khánh project.
The developer is also expediting the completion of on-site amenities to align with residential construction timelines.
Following the signing ceremony, the developer unveiled a new sales policy for low-rise units, effective until the end of December 2025. This policy is designed to support cash flow, cater to the recovering market, and encourage residents to move in, thereby boosting commercial activity within the project.

Event attendees receive detailed consultations on Vista Nam An Khánh’s new products and sales policies.
With the involvement of two major contractors and a synchronized construction plan, Vista Nam An Khánh is entering a new phase of rapid development. SJ Group representatives stated that the components under the new contracts are targeted for completion in 2026, establishing a unified timeline for the entire project. Once all zones are fully developed in terms of infrastructure and products, Vista Nam An Khánh will emerge as a dynamic, modern urban hub in western Hanoi.
