
G Kitchen Chain Owner Reports Soaring Semi-Annual Profits, 2.5 Times Higher Than Last Year.
In the first half of 2025, GreenFeed recorded an after-tax profit exceeding 1.7 trillion VND, a remarkable 2.5-fold increase compared to the 680 billion VND reported in the same period last year. This growth has boosted the owner’s equity to over 7.24 trillion VND as of June 30, marking a 57% rise from the 4.6 trillion VND recorded in the previous year. Accumulated profits have also seen significant improvement, reaching over 6.1 trillion VND, up from 3.6 trillion VND the previous year.
Established in 2003, GreenFeed Vietnam is a privately held company headquartered in Nhựt Chánh Commune, Bến Lức District, Long An Province. The company operates across the entire agricultural and food value chain. At the helm is entrepreneur Lý Anh Dũng (born in 1966), who serves as both the Chairman of the Board and CEO, and is also the company’s founder.
GreenFeed’s operations span from animal feed production, breeding, and livestock farming to seafood processing and preservation. In the meat industry, GreenFeed is recognized as one of the leading players, second only to Masan and C.P. Thailand.
In 2018, GreenFeed expanded its integrated model by establishing Feddy Food Company, which owns the clean meat brand G and the G Kitchen restaurant chain. These outlets distribute products across various major supermarket chains.
Prior to June 2022, GreenFeed Vietnam’s charter capital was 1 trillion VND. At that time, the shareholder structure included Oriental Ford Holding Ltd. (Hong Kong, China) with a contribution of 176.3 billion VND, holding 50.6% of the shares; GreenFeed (Thailand) with 9.5 billion VND, equivalent to 2.7% of the shares; the remaining shares were not disclosed.
By 2022, the company increased its charter capital from 1 trillion VND to over 1.5 trillion VND. During this capital increase, the Chinese shareholder contributed 950 billion VND, raising their ownership to 63.3%; the Thai shareholder contributed 51.2 billion VND, holding 3.4% of the shares.
According to the 2024 year-end report, GreenFeed’s owner’s equity surpassed 6 trillion VND, a 1.5-fold increase after a successful year of operations, with undistributed after-tax profits exceeding 4.9 trillion VND.
Simultaneously, in the World Mega Producer ranking released in June 2024, the company was ranked 37th out of 49 among the world’s largest pig breeders, with a herd of 116,000 sows.
Currently, the company operates 10 factories in Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos, with a total capacity of over 2 million tons per year, and manages pig breeding farms and food processing facilities.
