This December, the Toyota Veloz Cross is being offered with significant discounts of over $70 million VND at various dealerships nationwide. Specifically, the standard version, originally priced at $638 million VND, is now available for $565 million VND after a $73 million VND reduction. Meanwhile, the premium Top variant, initially priced at $668 million VND, sees a $75 million VND discount, bringing its price down to $593 million VND. All vehicles are 2025 models.
With these discounts, the Veloz Cross’s price aligns with B-segment CUVs in the market. Remarkably, it even undercuts the two higher-end variants of the A-segment Kia Sonet, priced between $579 million VND and $624 million VND. Sales data for the first 10 months of the year show the Veloz Cross sold 6,225 units nationwide, while its primary competitor, the Mitsubishi Xpander, recorded 15,082 deliveries.
In Vietnam, the Toyota Veloz Cross competes in the MPV segment alongside rivals such as the Mitsubishi Xpander, Suzuki XL7, and Honda BR-V. Initially imported as a fully built unit, the model transitioned to local assembly in late 2022.

The interior is straightforward yet equipped with all essential features.
The Top variant’s exterior stands out with its diamond-patterned grille and glossy black accents. The LED lighting system is compartmentalized for enhanced visual appeal. Unlike the standard model, the Veloz Cross CVT Top features 17-inch alloy wheels. The rear design is highlighted by sleek LED taillights and the centrally positioned VELOZ emblem.
The interior primarily uses plastic and leatherette with fabric accents. Key features include a three-spoke steering wheel and a 7-inch instrument cluster. The 9-inch infotainment system in the CVT Top variant supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, USB connectivity, and a 6-speaker audio setup.
In Vietnam, the Veloz Cross is powered by a 1.5L engine meeting Euro 5 emissions standards, delivering 105 horsepower and 138Nm of peak torque, paired with a D-CVT transmission.
