The NO1 Ha Dinh Social Housing Project, located in the NO1 area of the new Ha Dinh urban area (Thanh Liet Ward), is developed by a consortium including UDIC, Haweicco, and DAC Hanoi.
Construction began in December 2024 on a 9,305m² plot, approximately 800 meters from the Nguyen Trai – Khuất Duy Tiến intersection. Its central location has generated significant public interest.
The project features a 25-story building with 440 apartments, including 365 social housing units (70m² – 76.24m²). Of these, 255 are for sale, 37 for rent-to-own, and 73 for rent. The provisional sale price is VND 25 million/m². Applications for purchase, rental, and rent-to-own are expected to open in Q4 2025.
As of the latest update, the project has reached the 5th floor. Developers aim to complete and hand over units by Q4 2027, adhering to the scheduled timeline.
The CT3 Kim Chung Social Housing Project in the new Kim Chung urban area (Thăng Long Green City) is developed by Hanoi Housing Development Corporation and Viglacera Corporation. Construction began in March 2025.
The 2.4-hectare CT3 plot includes three 9-12 story buildings (CT3A, CT3B, CT3C) with a basement and rooftop. The project offers 1,104 units: 589 for sale, 212 for rent, 128 for rent-to-own, and 175 commercial apartments.
Strategically located on the extended National Highway 5 (23B), the project offers easy access to Hanoi’s city center via key routes like Hoang Sa and Vo Van Kiet.
As of mid-November, one building has reached the 10th floor. Developers anticipate completing the structure by Q4 2025 and handing over units by Q4 2026.
Applications for purchase, rental, and rent-to-own were accepted from November 17, 2025, to January 3, 2026. The provisional sale price is VND 18.4 million/m² (including VAT and maintenance fees). Contracts are expected to be signed in Q1 2026.
Amid rising commercial property prices and limited affordable housing, the CT3 project has attracted thousands of applicants competing for available units.
The Uy No Social Housing Project in Dong Anh District, developed by Corporation 319, began in late 2024 and is expected to complete by Q4 2026. It includes 466 units (40m² – 76.6m²), with 419 for sale and 47 for rent-to-own. The provisional sale price is VND 20.6 million/m² (excluding maintenance fees).
The project launched sales in October 2025 and recently concluded its application period (archive photo).
The Thuong Thanh Social Housing Project in Bo De Ward, developed by Him Lam Thu Do and BIC Vietnam, comprises three 22-story buildings (CT1, CT2, CT3) with 1,951 units. Of these, 1,765 are for sale and 186 for rent-to-own (32.31m² – 69.9m²). The average sale price is VND 29.4 million/m² (including VAT, excluding maintenance). The average rent-to-own price is VND 346,701/month/m² (including VAT).
A recent online lottery determined buyers and rent-to-own tenants. Contract signings are scheduled for CT1 on November 24, 2025, and CT2/CT3 on January 26, 2026.
