Next, citizens prepare a digital dossier, including clear scans or photos of the land use certificate, notarized transfer contract, personal identification documents, and relevant materials. The dossier is uploaded to the system and submitted to the Land Registration Office. Upon receipt, the system records the submission time and provides a tracking code.
