On December 3, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department issued an urgent notice to the business community and taxpayers regarding adjustments to their office operating schedule. According to the announcement, in-person customer service and administrative document submissions at their headquarters located at 63 Vu Tong Phan Street (Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) will be temporarily suspended in the near future.
Specifically, this suspension will take place exclusively on Saturday, December 13, 2025. This decision is necessary to facilitate the installation, repair, and replacement of the ATS2 electrical cabinet system within the building. This essential technical maintenance aims to ensure the safety and operational stability of the tax authority’s infrastructure moving forward.
To prevent unnecessary inconveniences during administrative procedures, the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department advises individuals, organizations, and businesses to proactively adjust their schedules and avoid conducting in-person transactions at the aforementioned location during the maintenance period. Direct document submission services are expected to resume normal operations immediately upon completion of the technical work.
