Vingroup Announces Business Registration Updates
Vingroup has recently announced changes to its business registration, primarily focusing on updates, additions, and consolidations within its business sectors.
Old vs. New Business Sectors
The previous business sectors included 66 codes, highlighting real estate, amusement parks, and construction. The updated sectors now feature 81 codes.
Notably, the old sector code 9610 for massage and health enhancement services (excluding sports activities) has been removed.
New Beauty and Wellness Services
In the updated sectors, two new codes have been introduced: 9622 for beauty care and other aesthetic services (excluding sports activities), and 9623 for spa and sauna services. This confirms that massage services are no longer part of Vingroup’s business portfolio.
Among the new sectors, Vingroup has added several industries aligned with Vinmetal, including:
- Production of iron, steel, and cast iron (code 2410)
- Casting of iron and steel (code 2431)
- Forging, pressing, stamping, and rolling of metal; powder metallurgy (code 2591)
- Machining; metal treatment and coating (code 2592)
- Manufacture of other metal products not classified elsewhere (code 2599)
Additional sectors aligned with Vin New Horizon, involving Miss Phương Nhi, include:
- Healthcare activities for veterans, the elderly, and disabled individuals unable to self-care (code 8730)
- Activities of nursing and convalescent homes (code 8710)
- Electricity production from non-renewable energy sources (code 3511)
- Electricity production from renewable energy sources (code 3512)
- Literary and musical creation (code 9011)
- Visual arts (code 9012)
- Performing arts activities (code 9020)
- Arts support activities (code 9039)
