Businesses Finalizing Cash Dividends for the Week of December 8-12

Next week, AVC leads with the highest dividend payout rate at 15%. With over 75 million outstanding shares, AVC is expected to allocate nearly 113 billion VND for this dividend distribution. The ex-dividend date is December 12, and shareholders are anticipated to receive payment by December 25.

The primary beneficiary is EVNGENCO2 (GE2), AVC’s parent company, holding 87.45% of AVC’s capital. In this payout, GE2 will receive approximately 99 billion VND. In mid-December 2024, AVC advanced a 5% dividend for the first tranche of 2024. Thus, the total payout for 2024 reaches 20% (2,000 VND per share), fulfilling the target set by the Annual General Meeting.

Following closely is DRL, announcing a second cash dividend installment for 2025 at a 12% rate (1,200 VND per share). With 9.5 million outstanding shares, DRL is projected to disburse 11.4 billion VND for this interim dividend. The ex-dividend date is December 9, with payment scheduled for December 24, 2025.

DRL boasts a robust dividend history, averaging a 54% payout ratio since 2020, peaking at 61% in 2022. For 2025, DRL plans a 44% dividend distribution. Having already advanced a 20% interim dividend earlier, the company is likely to announce at least one more payout for 2025.

Only two companies, AVC and DRL, are offering dividends above 10% next week. Additionally, six others—TLG, ARM, THG, VGG, SFI, and NTH—will finalize 10% dividends.

Three companies will issue stock dividends next week: POW (4%), TLG, and VC2 (both at 10%). Notably, POW will issue 93.67 million new shares. The respective ex-dividend dates are December 10, 11, and 12.
