FPT and Vietnam Airlines have taken their long-standing partnership to a whole new level: connecting young talent. The two corporate giants co-hosted “MAYBE: Perhaps It’s Destiny,” an interactive networking event designed for employees aged 24–35. Held at the Hola Park campus in Hoa Lac, the event brought together 100 participants from both companies.

Moving beyond traditional networking, MAYBE utilized a custom app developed by FPT to match attendees based on compatibility. Emotional interaction stations, outdoor activities, and a final networking session transformed the event into an immersive experience, allowing employees from both corporations to connect, share, and understand each other on a deeper level.

This marks the first time FPT and Vietnam Airlines have expanded their collaboration from technology to corporate culture. Building on years of digital transformation projects, they are now experimenting with a new approach: strengthening human connections to enhance collaboration within their shared ecosystem.

FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh shared that the bond between FPT and Vietnam Airlines dates back to the 1990s, describing it as “deeply connected and heartfelt.” He expressed FPT’s hope for a “union between the two families.” The MAYBE event, he noted, was designed to help young employees find harmony and happiness in both their professional and personal lives.

Vietnam Airlines Deputy General Director Nguyen Chien Thang emphasized that the airline places people at the heart of its corporate culture strategy. The MAYBE event not only offered a unique experience but also fostered mutual understanding among team members, supporting smoother collaboration on joint projects.

The event gathered 100 employees from FPT and Vietnam Airlines, aged 24–35, at the Hola Park campus in Hoa Lac.

Both FPT and Vietnam Airlines are committed to fostering inclusive and sustainable work environments. FPT has implemented policies such as housing and vehicle purchase support, family-oriented programs, and children’s activities to create a “shared home” of happiness. Vietnam Airlines also offers training, dialogue sessions, and internal cultural activities to strengthen team cohesion.

Representatives from both companies noted that MAYBE is more than just a networking event—it’s a pilot initiative to enhance inter-corporate connections, ultimately improving collaboration efficiency, especially as the two corporations continue to undertake major technology projects together.
