On December 17th, Vicostone JSC (stock code: VCS) will finalize its shareholder list for the second dividend payment of 2025 in cash, with an 18% payout ratio. This equates to 1,800 VND per share, scheduled for disbursement on December 25th, 2025.
With 160 million outstanding shares, Vicostone will allocate 288 billion VND for this interim dividend distribution.
In Q3 2025, the company reported net revenue of 925 billion VND, a 5% year-over-year decline, and pre-tax profit of nearly 161 billion VND, down 15% from the same period last year.
For the first nine months of 2025, Vicostone’s net revenue reached 3,061 billion VND, achieving 64.9% of its annual target, while pre-tax profit stood at 609 billion VND, fulfilling 62.4% of the yearly goal.
Amid global economic uncertainties, sluggish international trade, and the impact of U.S. countervailing duties effective from August 2025, Vicostone remains proactive, flexible, and steadfast in its development strategy to mitigate adverse effects on export-driven businesses.
Notably, in Q3 2025, Vicostone intensified its direct distribution network in key markets, enhanced trade promotion activities, and strengthened its international brand presence.
In Canada, Vicostone participated in IDS Vancouver 2025, boosting the global recognition of the VICOSTONE ® brand and fostering business partnerships and customer service in this market. Similarly, in Australia, the company expanded its distribution network through online platforms and partner agencies.
On the stock market, VCS shares are currently trading at 48,000 VND per share.
