AgriS Sustains Steady Growth with Dividend Plan and 2025-2026 Business Strategy
At the Annual General Meeting (AGM), AgriS’s management reported robust 2024-2025 results. The company achieved cumulative net revenue of nearly VND 28.5 trillion, exceeding the target by 9%, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 18% from 2020 to 2025. Pre-tax profit reached VND 950 billion, up 5% year-on-year and surpassing the annual plan by 6%. Post-tax profit stood at VND 834 billion, a 4% increase. Sugar sales volume exceeded 1 million tons, maintaining a 46% market share. SBT shares surged impressively, reaching VND 26,900 per share (as of October 13), a 150% leap since the start of 2024-2025, marking an 8-year high. Market capitalization hit nearly VND 22 trillion.
For 2025-2026, AgriS aims to strengthen its sugar market position, expand into Food, Beverage, Dairy, and Confectionery (FBMC), and enhance cost control and operational efficiency. The company targets VND 26.5 trillion in net revenue and VND 951 billion in pre-tax profit, consistent with the previous year.
The AGM approved a 6% stock dividend from 2024-2025 undistributed profits, totaling over VND 513 billion.
Shareholders also approved a convertible bond issuance plan worth nearly VND 1 trillion. The bonds offer a fixed 9.5% annual interest rate, a 2-year term, and conversion into common shares in two phases: 30% after one year and the remainder at maturity. Proceeds will optimize capital structure, reduce financial costs, and enhance market adaptability. This strategy bolsters mid-to-long-term resources and supports future expansion projects.
Other approved proposals included auditor selection for 2025-2026, profit distribution, board compensation, and bond listing.

The AGM marked the launch of the 2025-2030 breakthrough strategy. Management presented a comprehensive plan, endorsed by shareholders, reflecting strong confidence in AgriS’s future. The new phase focuses on the Circular Commercial Value Chain model, emphasizing five pillars: (1) A 3-Center, 3-Service, 1-Multinational Governance System; (2) Multidimensional international trade and investment partnerships; (3) Sustainable ESG commitments; (4) A high-caliber workforce for global markets; and (5) A USD 2.7 billion market cap by 2030.

AgriS is planning IPOs for key ecosystem subsidiaries and seeking strategic investors to expand markets, develop products, and transfer technology. Partnerships are expected to drive growth across the ecosystem.
The company is also restructuring its portfolio, focusing on core agricultural sectors. Notably, AgriS acquired a leading Australian agri-consultancy with 15 years of data, experts, and an Asia-Pacific network. This move enhances digital agriculture, R&D, and regional food security.
