CC1 Secures Over 7.7 Trillion VND Credit Limit

CC1 has recently secured approval for a comprehensive financial package from BIDV’s Ho Chi Minh City branch, including loans, bond guarantees, and letters of credit, with a total credit limit of up to 7.77 trillion VND.

Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (Stock Code: CC1, UPCoM) has recently announced a Board of Directors Resolution approving a loan, guarantee issuance, and L/C opening at the Ho Chi Minh City branch of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV).

Accordingly, CC1 has been granted a total credit limit of VND 1,770 billion. This includes a maximum limit of VND 590 billion for loans, payment guarantees, and L/C.

Previously, CC1 also announced a Resolution approving a loan from BIDV’s Ho Chi Minh City branch with a total credit limit of up to VND 6,000 billion. This includes a maximum limit of VND 2,000 billion for loans, payment guarantees, and L/C.

CC1 has not yet disclosed specific plans for the allocation or structure of the use of funds within the approved credit limits.

In other developments, on December 15, 2025, CC1 will finalize the list of shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) scheduled for January 9, 2026, via online conference.

At the meeting, CC1 will propose amendments to the company’s charter, a capital increase plan, the removal of board members, and the election of new board members for the 2021-2026 term (candidates must submit applications as per legal requirements and the company’s charter).

Regarding business performance, in the first nine months of 2025, CC1 achieved net revenue of over VND 7,451 billion, a 26.2% increase compared to the same period in 2024. After-tax profit reached over VND 182.2 billion, up 185.1%.

As of September 30, 2025, CC1’s total assets decreased by 5.8% from the beginning of the year to over VND 15,759.2 billion. This includes short-term receivables of nearly VND 6,257.4 billion, accounting for 39.7% of total assets, and inventory of nearly VND 2,218.2 billion.

On the liabilities side, total payables stood at nearly VND 11,216.1 billion, down 7.8% from the beginning of the year. Of this, loans and finance leases totaled over VND 6,003.4 billion, representing 53.5% of total liabilities.
