The sales race between electric and gasoline vehicles has taken an exciting turn, this time in the affordable MPV segment. The VinFast Limo Green, an electric vehicle designed for taxi and transportation services, has set a remarkable sales record.

In November, Limo Green delivered 9,642 units to customers, more than doubling the previous month’s sales of 4,160 units. The cumulative sales of this electric MPV reached 16,182 units in just four months since its launch.
For comparison, the Mitsubishi Xpander, the long-standing sales leader in the affordable MPV segment, recorded 2,234 units sold in November 2025. In November alone, Limo Green’s sales were over four times higher than its competitor. Year-to-date, VinFast’s MPV is rapidly closing the gap with Xpander’s 17,316 units.

With this momentum, VinFast’s MPV is poised to achieve impressive sales in the final month of the year, potentially surpassing another significant milestone in the gasoline vehicle segment by overtaking Xpander in the affordable MPV market.
Previously, other VinFast models such as the VF 5 and VF 6 have already dominated their respective segments, becoming the undisputed sales leaders.
