As a remedial measure, the company is required to pay over 6 billion VND in back corporate income tax and nearly 2.8 billion VND in late payment fees (as of November 6, 2025). Within 10 days of receiving the decision, Vidipha must pay the back taxes, fines, and late payment fees specified in the penalty decision.
