Investors are hailing the eastern region of Hanoi as entering its most explosive growth phase in decades, fueled by a series of strategic infrastructure projects. These include the 3.5 Ring Road directly connecting to Ngoc Hoi Bridge, the Hong River scenic boulevard with an investment of over 300 trillion VND, a branch of Hanoi University of Science and Technology in Hung Yen, and the 60,000-seat PVF Stadium, one of Vietnam’s largest. Simultaneously, the influx of major developers is solidifying the area’s position as Hanoi’s new growth hub from 2025 to 2035.
Capitalizing on this momentum, Xuan Cau Holdings has launched Alluvia City, an eco-thermal city by the Hong River, introducing its first Compound Resort complex, Alumi. In 2025 alone, four Alumi Premium towers offering over 2,000 luxury apartments will hit the market. The developer is partnering with Sunshine Group, distribution partner NOBLEX, and Vietcombank to bring Alumi to market.

Following the November 28 launch event, which attracted over 100 strategic partners, a larger kick-off event in mid-December will unveil more flagship products from the Alumi Premium complex.
Alumi: A Compound Resort Complex on the Hong River’s Thermal Springs
Strategically located within an 85% proximity to Hanoi’s city center, Alumi is positioned near the 3.5 Ring Road and the under-construction Ngoc Hoi Bridge. Residents can reach the inner city within 15 minutes and the Old Quarter in 25 minutes.
Its unique riverside location offers natural advantages rare in Hanoi: millennia-old Hong River silt, constant cooling river breezes, and a vast water system that moderates the microclimate, reducing temperatures by 3-5°C during summer. Beneath the surface lies a natural hot spring at 38.5°C, rich in minerals, dubbed “white gold,” which defines Alluvia City and Alumi’s wellness lifestyle.

Alumi’s natural hot springs, river breezes, and unique microclimate offer unparalleled advantages.
Complementing its natural energy, Alumi features eco-friendly planning with a 16% construction density on 198 hectares and 20% water landscape, creating a vast green park. The towers are designed to maximize river breezes and maintain year-round comfort, featuring triple-layered Low-E glass facades for optimal light and views.
Amenities include a three-story commercial podium, Jacuzzi on the third floor, outdoor pool, and interconnected walkways. Alumi integrates with Alluvia City’s extensive ecosystem, offering schools, malls, riverside cafes, and multi-generational experiences.
Luxury Apartments Designed in Harmony with Nature
Each Alumi apartment embodies the philosophy of “breathing with nature,” featuring self-regulating microclimates and natural cooling. The 3-4 wing design maximizes corner units, natural light, and river breezes, while the semi-compound layout ensures privacy and vibrant community living.

Alumi apartments are optimized to capture natural light and Hong River breezes.
With a focus on functionality, durable materials, and timeless aesthetics, Alumi apartments offer modern living and long-term sustainability. Amid rapid urbanization, Alumi stands out as a prime choice for both residents and long-term investors, backed by international management standards.
