The project has transformed Hoa Binh Theater—an iconic landmark of the former District 10 (now Hoa Hung Ward)—into a modern and impressive structure.

The project, which began in December 2024 with a budget of over 270 billion VND, aimed to address structural deterioration and upgrade the theater’s interior, landscaping, and technical systems.

These enhancements ensure the theater can host a wide range of artistic performances, serving diverse audiences and fulfilling local political objectives.

Balconies and stair railings in the auditorium have been preserved, with only rusted paint removed and re-painted.

Hoa Binh Theater sits on a 9,152.2 m² plot of land, with the main building and auxiliary structures covering 3,668.3 m². The renovation did not alter the theater’s original floor area.
