According to statistics, 20 companies announced dividend rights issuances for the week of December 15–19. Among these, 14 companies are paying cash dividends this week, with the highest rate at 51.4% and the lowest at 2.5%.

Additionally, 1 company is issuing new shares, 1 company is offering bonus shares, and 4 companies are paying stock dividends this week.

Saigon Cargo Service Corporation (SCSC, Stock Code: SCS) announced that December 22 will be the record date for the first interim cash dividend payment of 2025, with a rate of 25%. Accordingly, each share will receive 2,500 VND, and payment is scheduled for January 26, 2026.

With over 102 million outstanding shares, SCSC is expected to allocate approximately 255 billion VND for this interim dividend payment. Among shareholders, Gemadept (GMD) – the largest shareholder with 33.42% of the charter capital – is estimated to receive around 85 billion VND in dividends. Vietnam Airlines Corporation (ACV) is also expected to receive approximately 35 billion VND.

Machine Parts No. 1 Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: FT1) recently announced December 19, 2025, as the final registration date for the 2024 cash dividend payment, with a rate of up to 51.42%, equivalent to 5,142 VND per share. Payment is scheduled to begin on January 20, 2026.

This is the highest dividend rate the company has offered in many years, surpassing the 45% peak in 2021. With over 7 million outstanding shares, FT1 is expected to allocate more than 36 billion VND for this dividend payment.

Hoatho Textile Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HTG) announced December 18 as the ex-dividend date for the 2025 interim cash dividend, with a rate of 25% (equivalent to 2,500 VND per share). With over 36 million outstanding shares, HTG is expected to allocate approximately 90 billion VND for this payment, starting from January 19, 2026.

In 2025, HTG set a revenue target of 5,050 billion VND and a consolidated pre-tax profit of 360 billion VND, with a dividend target of 25-50% of the charter capital. Thus, with this interim payment, the company will meet the minimum dividend target approved by the Annual General Meeting.

Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank – Code: CTG) also announced December 18, 2025, as the record date for issuing shares to pay dividends from the remaining profits of 2021, 2022, and the period 2009–2016.

Accordingly, the bank will issue nearly 2.4 billion shares to pay dividends in shares, corresponding to an issuance rate of 44.64%. With this scale, this is the largest share dividend issuance in the banking sector in 2025.

After the issuance, VietinBank’s charter capital is expected to increase from nearly 53,700 billion VND to nearly 77,670 billion VND.
