Since the announcement of the 32 fully online public services, credit institutions, businesses, and individuals can now choose to submit their applications online, in person, or via postal services, depending on their needs and convenience.

The centralized administrative procedure processing information system of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) is designed to be synchronized and modern, leveraging digital technology to gradually digitize the entire process of receiving, processing, and delivering administrative procedure results. This system aims to reduce processing times, minimize compliance costs for organizations and individuals, and enhance transparency, efficiency, and state management in monetary, banking, and foreign exchange activities.

During the process of receiving and resolving administrative procedures, the SBV will continue to gather feedback to improve the quality of public services and the operation of the administrative procedure processing information system. This ensures the best possible service for organizations and individuals, contributing to the effective implementation of administrative reform goals and digital transformation as directed by the Party and State, and aligning with the development of a digital government, digital economy, and digital society.
