DIG Sells Nearly 2.2 Million Shares of DC4

During the trading period from November 6 to December 5, 2025, Construction Development Investment Corporation (HOSE: DIG) sold nearly 2.2 million shares, falling short of the 2.3 million shares of DICERA Holdings Corporation (HOSE: DC4) initially registered.

As a result, DIG’s ownership in DC4 decreased from 27.53% to 25.33%, equivalent to approximately 24.9 million shares. DIG cited the reason for not selling the full registered amount as insufficient order matching. With an average matching price of 11,477 VND per share over the one-month trading period, DIG is estimated to have earned nearly 25 billion VND from this transaction.

TVC Chairwoman Completes Sale of 1.45 Million Shares

Nguyễn Thị Hằng, Chairwoman of T-Corp Asset Management Group (HNX: TVC), has completed the sale of 1.45 million shares, reducing her ownership from 1.61% to 0.1%, equivalent to 100,000 shares.

Previously, on December 2, Ms. Hằng registered to sell nearly all her held shares due to personal financial needs, with the execution period expected to last until the end of December. However, the transaction was swiftly completed within two sessions on December 3 and 4 through agreement orders, totaling over 13.3 billion VND, or 9,200 VND per share.

UNI CEO Successfully Sells Entire Stake

Vũ Thị Như Mai, CEO of Sao Mai Viet Investment and Development Corporation (HNX: UNI), successfully sold her entire stake of nearly 3.45 million UNI shares, equivalent to 8.09% of the company’s charter capital, from November 25 to December 1, 2025.

During this period, the market recorded only four agreement transactions with a total volume matching Ms. Mai’s sale. Thus, Ms. Mai sold the shares through agreements, totaling 29.4 billion VND, with an average price of 6,223 VND per share.

Daughter of HNM Chairman Seeks to Sell 10 Million Shares

Ms. Hà Phương Thảo, daughter of Hà Quang Tuấn, Chairman of Hanoimilk (HNM), has registered to sell her entire 10 million HNM shares, equivalent to 22.52% of the capital. These shares were transferred to her by Mr. Tuấn in May.

Ms. Thảo stated the sale is to address personal financial needs. The transaction is expected to be executed from December 15, 2025, to January 13, 2026, through both agreement and order matching methods.

HNM shares have traded below par value for years and currently remain around 8,000 VND per share. If sold at this level, Ms. Thảo could earn approximately 80 billion VND, lower than the value when she received the shares.

CII Prepares to Transfer 5 Million Shares of LGC to Subsidiary

Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CII) announced plans to transfer 5 million shares of CII Bridge and Road Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: LGC) to its subsidiary, CII Service and Investment Company Limited (CII Service).

The transaction is expected to be conducted via agreement on the HOSE system from December 17, 2025, to January 15, 2026. CII stated the purpose is to consolidate investment holdings within the subsidiary.

Post-transaction, CII’s direct ownership in LGC will decrease from 49.08% to 46.72%. Conversely, CII Service’s ownership will increase from 0.77% to 3.13%. As this is an internal transaction, the total ownership of the CII group in LGC remains unchanged at 54.84%.

Major Shareholder of VHE Intends to Sell Entire Stake

Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hải Hội, governance manager of Vietnam Pharmaceutical Materials and Food Joint Stock Company (HNX: VHE), has registered to sell her entire stake of over 1.68 million shares from December 9, 2025, to January 7, 2026, equivalent to 5.07% of the capital, due to personal financial needs.

If successful, Ms. Hội will no longer be a shareholder of the company. At the current market price of 4,200 VND per share, she is estimated to earn nearly 7.06 billion VND.
