“Harmony of Water” – An Introduction to Urban Living in Harmony with Nature
In nature, water is perpetually in motion. It seeps through layers of soil and rock, accumulating energy and renewing itself through countless cycles to sustain life. This relentless and silent flow has inspired the narrative presented at the Charmora City launch event, where water is not merely a scenic element but a foundational principle in urban planning.
Upon entering the event space, guests are guided through a seamless experience centered around water. Lighting, music, and visuals are orchestrated to mimic the gentle rhythm of water, creating a serene and connective atmosphere. This immersive journey allows guests to grasp the development philosophy of Charmora City: an urban space that doesn’t detach from nature but operates in harmony with it.
The program begins with a film showcasing the Sun Group ecosystem, recounting their steadfast pursuit of the philosophy “Beautifying the Land.” Within this narrative, Charmora City is introduced as the next step in Sun Group’s urban development journey across regions of high potential. The focus is not just on expanding living spaces but on ensuring long-term adaptability to natural conditions and climate change.

Sun Group representative speaking at the event
Speaking at the event, a Sun Group representative stated that Charmora City is not merely a new real estate project in Nha Trang, but the culmination of extensive research into natural conditions, culture, and sustainable urban development trends.
“Our goal is not to create a large urban area but a living space that adapts to nature, offering long-term value to residents and the Nha Trang region,” the representative emphasized.
The highlight of the program was a holographic art performance depicting water’s journey through light and movement. Water appears, spreads, absorbs, and regenerates, guiding viewers through imagery of forests, rain, sunlight, and a “sponge” structure—symbolizing nature’s ability to absorb and rejuvenate. The climax reveals the three functional islands of Charmora City in a dazzling light display, leaving a lasting visual impression on the audience.

Charmora City Pioneers Sustainable Living Standards
Located at the heart of South Nha Trang’s development, Charmora City is part of a comprehensive plan that includes the new administrative center, directly connected to highways and regional infrastructure. Nestled between the Quán Trường and Tắc rivers, the project enjoys a “mountain-embraced, river-gathered” topography, ideal for stable and long-term urban development.

Charmora City is organized into three functional islands: administrative, entertainment, and residential-resort.
Spanning 227 hectares, with approximately 60 hectares of water, Charmora City is divided into three seamlessly functioning islands. The North Island serves as the administrative and public service hub, forming a central business and urban connection point. The Central Island is dedicated to entertainment, nightlife experiences, year-round festivals, and unique services. The South Island is designed as a residential-resort area, featuring high-rise towers, villas, and townhouses harmoniously integrated with ecological landscapes.
Within the South Island, the recently launched The Onsen and The Charm towers complete Charmora City’s living space structure. The Onsen is positioned as a premium wellness destination, focused on healthcare integrated with riverside and ecological environments. This zone incorporates therapeutic amenities inspired by Japanese mineral bathing culture, enhancing long-term quality of life for coastal urban residents.

The Onsen, the first launched zone, enhances the wellness standard at Charmora City.
Meanwhile, The Charm is positioned as Nha Trang’s iconic high-rise residential tower, distinguished by its modern architecture, riverside location, and integrated mineral hot spring amenities. It sets a new benchmark in the urban-resort apartment segment and offers stable investment opportunities.
The three-island spatial organization allows Charmora City to function as a complete urban ecosystem, seamlessly connecting living, working, leisure, and entertainment within a unified whole. The application of the Sponge City model in planning enhances water absorption and regulation, improves microclimates, and boosts climate change resilience.

The Charm promises to become Nha Trang’s iconic residential tower with integrated mineral hot spring amenities.
With nearly 1,200 attendees, the “Harmony of Water” event not only marked Charmora City’s market debut but also initiated a journey to create an urban space that lives with water, embraces nature, and fully meets the living, working, and entertainment needs of residents and visitors. It opens a new chapter for Nha Trang’s real estate.
