On the morning of December 20th, the People’s Committee of Phuong Duc Commune (Hanoi) will hold an auction for 28 land plots totaling 2,477.26 m² in the Livestock Wing Area adjacent to Hoang Phat Company, located in Duong La and Phu Tuc villages.
These plots range from 80 to 99 m², with a starting price of 4.6 million VND/m². The auction will be conducted through direct voting, with a maximum of three rounds. The first round has a bid increment of 30 million VND/m², the second round 1 million VND/m², and the third round 200,000 VND/m².


28 land plots in Duong La and Phu Tuc villages, Phuong Duc Commune, will be auctioned.
Also on the morning of December 20th, at the Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board Hall in Hat Mon Commune, an auction will be held for land use rights of 10 plots from LK03-3 to LK03-12 in Noi Gate Area, Tam Hiep Commune (now Hat Mon Commune), and 5 plots from L01-23 to L01-27 in Cat Ha Area, Tam Thuan Commune (now Hat Mon Commune), Hanoi.
These plots range from 96 to 128 m², with starting prices between 6.4 and 7.9 million VND/m². The auction will be conducted through direct voting with an ascending bid method.
On December 25th, Lac Viet Auction Joint Venture Company, in collaboration with the Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hat Mon Commune, will auction land use rights for 15 plots in Noi Gate and Cat Ha areas.
These plots range from 96 to 134 m², with starting prices between 6.4 and 7.9 million VND/m². The auction will take place at the Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board Hall in Hat Mon Commune.
Notably, on December 25th, an auction will be held for land use rights to develop a 5-star hotel project at 18 Cao Ba Quat Street, Dien Bien Ward, Ba Dinh District (now Ba Dinh Ward), Hanoi.
The total area of the land for the 5-star hotel project is 3,366 m². The project will consist of a 5-6 story building with a total floor area of 15,923 m².
The project duration is 50 years from the date of land allocation or lease decision, as per legal regulations.
The auction for the land at 18 Cao Ba Quat Street is scheduled for the morning of December 25th at the Hanoi Land Fund Development Center.
The total investment for the 5-star hotel project at 18 Cao Ba Quat is expected to be at least 911.3 billion VND, including 679 billion VND for the land auction starting price and 232 billion VND for construction costs. Therefore, participating organizations must have an equity capital of at least 20% of this total investment, equivalent to 182.2 billion VND.
Additionally, participants must meet the required capacity and experience in project development. They must also deposit 20% of the land’s starting price, amounting to 135.8 billion VND.
On December 27th, the People’s Committee of Phu Dien Ward will auction a land plot designated as CT in the 8.5-hectare resettlement area adjacent to Phu Dien Road, with a total area of over 14,351 m².
Approximately 6,500 m² of this land will be auctioned for a low-rise housing project, with a starting price of nearly 713 billion VND, equivalent to around 110 million VND/m². Investors must deposit 143 billion VND to participate.
Investors will vote directly through a minimum of 5 mandatory rounds. The deposit amount is 20% of the starting price, equivalent to 142 billion VND.
The total investment for the low-rise housing project on this land is 76.76 billion VND. The project duration is 50 years from the date the investor receives the land allocation decision. The project implementation timeline is 3 years.
To participate in the auction, investors must have an equity capital of at least 157.9 billion VND and ensure the ability to mobilize capital for project implementation. Besides financial capacity, participants must also meet the required experience in investment and project development as per regulations.
On December 29th, Vietnam Auction Joint Venture Company will announce an auction for 33 land plots in Yen Lang Commune, including areas in Nai Chau and Xa Mac villages, ranging from 95 to 190 m², with starting prices between 5 and 7 million VND/m².
