VinWonders Careers, the recruitment arm of Vinpearl Golf Léman in Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City, has recently announced its latest job openings, attracting significant attention in the labor market due to its detailed and competitive compensation package.

This recruitment drive focuses on the turf maintenance department, offering a wide range of positions from technical staff, irrigation system operators, and chemical fertilizer applicators to lawn cutters and environmental landscape maintainers.

Notably, the company is opening opportunities to a broader age group, including workers in their 60s, a progressive move compared to the current general recruitment trends.

In terms of income structure, the salary for operational staff such as lawn cutters, chemical fertilizer applicators, and irrigation system operators ranges from 7.7 to 10 million VND per month.

Technical staff enjoy a higher income bracket, ranging from 10.5 to 14 million VND. For direct management positions like Turf Maintenance Team Leaders or Lawn Cutting Team Leaders, the Vingroup ecosystem offers salaries between 10.5 and 17 million VND.

These salaries are considered highly competitive within the general labor market, even rivaling office salaries at many small and medium-sized enterprises.

In addition to the base salary, employees also benefit from various fixed and variable allowances. Specifically, staff receive a job-specific support allowance ranging from 500,000 to 800,000 VND per month. For employees living far from the workplace, the company offers a housing allowance of up to 2 million VND/month for those with a household registration over 40km away, and a travel allowance of 500,000 VND/month for those living more than 20km away.

With these maximum allowances, a Team Leader meeting the distance criteria could earn a total income of over 20 million VND/month, while a lawn cutter could reach up to 13 million VND/month.

Beyond monetary benefits, the non-financial welfare policy aligns with the standards of a major corporation. Employees receive one subsidized meal per shift, a 13th and 14th-month salary bonus, and a VBI health insurance package combined with regular health check-ups at Vinmec facilities.
