The main components of the project are expected to include road and yard infrastructure, such as: sidewalks, plazas, retaining walls, riverside walkways, stair systems, ramps, curbs, tree basins, parking areas, sports fields, playgrounds, and pedestrian paths.
Architectural components will feature service buildings, landmark structures, and auxiliary facilities.
Landscaping will consist of large riverside shade trees, shrubs, low-growing plants, grass lawns, aquatic vegetation, climbing plants, and decorative pergolas.
Additional amenities and equipment include benches, trash bins, outdoor fitness equipment, playground gear, decorative sculptures, and lighting systems.
The preliminary land requirement is approximately 737,928 m², subject to final confirmation during project appraisal and approval.
Construction and infrastructure development are projected from Q4/2025 to Q4/2028.
The anticipated PPP contract type is a Build-Transfer (BT) agreement, compensated through land allocation. The preliminary total investment exceeds 4.665 trillion VND. The investor is Sun Group Corporation (CTCP Tập đoàn Mặt Trời).
