Entrepreneur Nguyen Trung Tin’s Company Under Scrutiny for Unpaid Social Insurance of One Employee

According to a recent list released by the Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance Agency, as of November 2025, Mét Vuông Investment Trading Service LLC has delayed insurance payments for its employees, totaling over 119 million VND, affecting 1 employee.

Established in May 2016, Mét Vuông Investment Trading Service LLC primarily operates in the information portal sector, including e-commerce activities and real estate trading platforms.

At its inception, the company had a registered capital of 1 billion VND, with Mr. Nguyễn Trung Tín holding 60% and serving as the CEO, while Đỗ Anh Hào (resident of the USA) held 4%. Other shareholders were not disclosed.

Mr. Nguyễn Trung Tín is the eldest son of the founders of Trung Thủy Group, Mrs. Dương Thanh Thủy and Mr. Nguyễn Văn Trung. He gained further prominence after marrying Miss Vietnam 2012, Đặng Thu Thảo.

DreamPlex Real Estate Investment LLC was established in August 2015 with a registered capital of 20 billion VND. The founding shareholders include Hush Creative LLC (90%), Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Bạch Tuyết (5%), and Mr. Nguyễn Trung Tín (5%), who also served as the CEO.

Since June 2021, Mr. Nguyễn Trung Tín has been the Chairman of the Members’ Council, handing over the CEO position to Mr. Jonash Shahn Levey (USA). Concurrently, the company increased its registered capital to 43.2 billion VND.

Mr. Nguyễn Trung Tín represents 52.7% of the capital, Mr. Jonash Shahn Levey represents 43.7%, and the remaining 3.6% is represented by Mr. Stephen Richard Jones.

DreamPlex, founded by Mr. Trung Tín, operates a co-working space model, also known as an open workspace.

Regarding DreamPlex’s founding shareholder, Hush Creative LLC was established in October 2013 and operates in the real estate business.

As of April 2025, Hush Creative has a registered capital of 127 billion VND. Mr. Nguyễn Trung Tín owns 70%, Mr. Nguyễn Trung Nghĩa owns 10%, and Mrs. Hồ Thị Yến Nhi owns 20% while serving as the Director.

Hush Creative is known as the developer of the Lancaster Eden luxury villa complex in lot E6 of the An Phú – An Khánh urban area (Ho Chi Minh City).

The An Phú – An Khánh urban area is developed by Housing Development and Trading Corporation (HDTC). HDTC transferred the land use rights of lot E6 in zone E (approximately 10,300 m²) to Hush Creative.

In 2018, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee approved the investment policy for the Lancaster Eden luxury villa project in lot E6. The project covers a total area of 10,300 m², including 8,246 m² of low-rise residential land, comprising 13 villas ranging from 484.4 to 1,500 m², each 4 stories high (basement, ground floor, 2 upper floors, and attic). The public area (community and commercial services) spans 547 m², with 2 stories (basement, ground floor, 1 upper floor, and attic).

Returning to businessman Nguyễn Trung Tín, in addition to his roles in the aforementioned companies, the husband of Miss Đặng Thu Thảo is also a shareholder in Trung Thủy Lancaster Joint Stock Company. This company was established in December 2013, initially named Trung Thủy Lancaster LLC.

In July 2019, the company was renamed Trung Thủy Lancaster Joint Stock Company. At that time, it had a registered capital of 380 billion VND, with Trung Thủy Group holding 36%, Dương Quốc Tiến holding 49%, and Mr. Nguyễn Trung Tín holding 15%. Currently, the company is chaired by Mr. Nguyễn Văn Trung.

Trung Thủy Lancaster is the developer of the Lancaster Lincoln project on two plots of land at 428 – 430 Nguyễn Tất Thành Street (Xóm Chiếu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), with a total land area of over 8,098 m².

Of this, 6,786 m² has been certified for land use rights. The remaining 542 m² is state-managed transportation land, and 769 m² is designated for road planning (roads D6 and D8).

The project began construction in 2016 but was halted in 2018 because the developer built on the 428 Nguyễn Tất Thành plot and the interspersed public land without approved investment policies or construction permits.

In November 2024, the Government Inspectorate concluded that there were limitations and violations in the use of the two plots at 428 and 430 Nguyễn Tất Thành and instructed Ho Chi Minh City to address the issue.

In other developments, in April 2025, Mr. Nguyễn Trung Tín stepped down as CEO of T.N.T Trung Thủy Real Estate Investment LLC. His successor is Mr. Nguyễn Trọng Thành (born in 1966).

T.N.T Trung Thủy is the developer of the Lancaster Legacy complex at 230 Nguyễn Trãi Street, Nguyễn Cư Trinh Ward, District 1 (formerly), Ho Chi Minh City.
