In response to the Prime Minister’s call for the implementation of large-scale projects to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Onsen Fuji Group has simultaneously launched three strategic projects across three provinces. In Ninh Binh, the Lynn Times Onsen Retreat South Hanoi officially broke ground, marking a significant step in the group’s therapeutic real estate development strategy.
The ceremony was attended by representatives from provincial authorities, departments, and agencies of Ninh Binh, along with senior leaders of Onsen Fuji Group and strategic partners. This event signifies the beginning of a project expected to drive local economic and social development.
The Lynn Times Ha Nam Health, Wellness, Hotel, and Villa Complex (commercially known as Lynn Times Onsen Retreat South Hanoi) is planned to include 130 villas, approximately 1,000 high-standard therapeutic apartments, a shophouse commercial system, and a range of specialized wellness amenities. It will be connected to a 24/7 medical center, aiming to create a comprehensive living, resort, and healthcare ecosystem.
Located in Liêm Hà commune, Ninh Binh province, the project sits within the Capital Region Medical Center, adjacent to the second branches of Bach Mai Hospital and Viet Duc Hospital. Leveraging its strategic medical connectivity, urban infrastructure, and eco-friendly surroundings, Lynn Times Onsen Retreat South Hanoi is poised to become a therapeutic real estate model centered around natural hot mineral springs, integrating health care into daily life.
