On the morning of December 19th, at 72B Tay Son, Quy Nhon Nam Ward, Gia Lai Province, Arita Joint Stock Company hosted the groundbreaking ceremony for the Triton – Quy Nhon Sky Residence project. The event was marked by a solemn atmosphere, attended by over 150 distinguished guests, including local leaders, representatives from various departments, the investor, general contractor, and related partners. The ceremony was chaired by Mr. Truong Van Dat, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council.
Speaking at the event, local government representatives acknowledged the role of high-end residential projects in enhancing the supply of quality housing, gradually improving urban aesthetics, and driving socio-economic development. The commencement of Triton – Quy Nhon Sky Residence aligns with Gia Lai Province’s vision for modern, synchronized, and sustainable urban development in the coming years.
During the ceremony, the investor signed a general construction contract with Khang Thanh Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company. This agreement underscores the commitment of all parties to ensure technical standards, construction quality, and project timelines. According to the investor, selecting a capable and experienced general contractor is crucial for maintaining project quality from the outset, especially for a large-scale, high-end development in a prime urban location.

In light of recent natural disasters and flooding in Gia Lai Province, the investor donated 500 million VND to support affected residents, showcasing solidarity and a long-term commitment to the community’s stability and development.

Triton – Quy Nhon Sky Residence is a mixed-use residential project developed by Arita Joint Stock Company, situated on a 7,000 m² plot at 72B Tay Son, Quy Nhon Nam Ward, Gia Lai Province. With a total investment of over 3.5 trillion VND, the project is designed as a high-end residential complex, focusing on living quality, connectivity, and harmony with the natural coastal landscape.
The development features 4 basement levels and 48 above-ground floors, reaching a projected height of 181.9 meters upon completion, poised to become Gia Lai Province’s tallest residential building.
