In Ho Chi Minh City, the compensation, support, and land handover process for the River Dam Renovation Project in the former Binh Tan District (now part of Tan Tao Ward) is underway.
To date, several individuals affected by the project have yet to contact the relevant authorities to declare their records, receive compensation, and hand over the land for construction.

According to the Binh Tan District Compensation and Land Clearance Board, the following cases have not yet been processed:
Mr./Ms. Tran Van Tinh, owning land in part of plots 345 and 380, map sheet 8, from the former Tan Tao Commune, Binh Chanh District, now corresponding to part of plot 5, map sheet 27, in the former Tan Tao A Ward, Binh Tan District.
Mr./Ms. Nguyen Duc Nam and Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, owning vacant land in part of plot 934, map sheet 13, from the former Tan Tao Commune, Binh Chanh District, now corresponding to part of plot 15, map sheet 38, in the former Tan Tao A Ward.
Additionally, Mr./Ms. Ngo Van Quang owns vacant land in the entire plot 896 and part of plot 895, map sheet 8, from the former Tan Tao Commune, Binh Chanh District, now corresponding to part of plot 63, map sheet 27, in the former Tan Tao A Ward.
The Binh Tan District Compensation and Land Clearance Board also noted that the land temporarily registered under the name of the Tan Tao A Ward People’s Committee, located in Ward 4, Tan Tao A Ward, is also affected. This land is related to parts of plots 340, 341, and a section of the canal according to old land records, now corresponding to part of plot 27, map sheet 27, in the former Tan Tao A Ward.
To update the project’s progress and encourage affected households to cooperate in declaring records, receiving compensation, and handing over land in accordance with regulations, the Binh Tan District Compensation and Land Clearance Board urges all concerned residents to promptly complete these procedures for the River Dam Renovation Project.
