Hòa Phát Acquires Over 230-Hectare Industrial Zone in Hưng Yên

Industrial Zone No. 06 - Phase 1, spanning over 230 hectares, is strategically located in An Thi and Xuan Truc communes, Hung Yen province. With a total investment of more than 2,700 billion VND, the project is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2027.

Hoa Phat Group (HOSE: HPG) has announced that the People’s Committee of Hung Yen Province has approved the investment policy for Industrial Zone (IZ) No. 06 – Phase 1, located in An Thi and Xuan Trúc communes.

According to the plan, IZ No. 06 – Phase 1 spans over 230 hectares, strategically positioned near key transportation routes such as the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway and National Highway 38. The project is developed by Infrastructure Development JSC of IZ No. 6, a subsidiary of Urban Development and Construction JSC Hoa Phat—a company where HPG holds more than 99.9% ownership.

With a total investment of over VND 2,700 billion, the project is expected to be completed within 36 months. The operational lease period is set for 50 years from the land lease decision date.

The investment aims to establish a high-tech industrial zone, marking a significant step in HPG‘s strategy to expand its modern industrial ecosystem.

Mr. Tran Kien Cuong, Director of IZ No. 6 Company, stated that the company is finalizing legal procedures and land clearance for the project. Construction of infrastructure is scheduled to commence in Q3/2026, with land handover expected in Q1/2027.

IZ No. 06 is the latest industrial infrastructure project approved for Hoa Phat Group. The Group is also concurrently developing infrastructure for Ly Thuong Kiet IZ (Hung Yen), Hoang Dieu IZ (Hai Phong), and Dong Phuc IZ (Bac Ninh).

As of December 2025, Hoa Phat Group’s total industrial land area exceeds 2,680 hectares.

The Group’s existing industrial zones, including Pho Noi A IZ, Yen My II IZ (Hung Yen), and Hoa Mac IZ (Ninh Binh), have achieved approximately 95% occupancy of their developed technical infrastructure areas.
