According to information from several HEAD dealerships, the Honda ICON e: is now available with a discount of up to 10 million VND. The exact discount may vary slightly depending on the sales policy of each location. As a result, the actual price has dropped from the listed price of over 26.4 million VND to approximately 17 million VND. Some dealerships even offer support for vehicle registration fees.
The above price does not include the battery. Dealerships quote the battery price at 9.8 million VND. For those who opt to rent the battery instead of purchasing it, the rental fee is 350,000 VND per month. The seller mentions that for every 6 months of rental, an additional month of battery rental is provided free of charge.

This marks the lowest price point for the ICON e: since its launch. Currently, the ICON e: is Honda’s most affordable electric motorcycle. With this discounted price, the ICON e: is even more affordable than the Wave, which has a listed price starting from over 17.8 million VND.
The Honda ICON e: measures 1,796 mm in length, 680 mm in width, and 1,085 mm in height, with a seat height of 742 mm and a weight of 87 kg. Compared to the Vision, this electric motorcycle offers a more compact design and lighter weight, making it ideal for urban commuting.

The motorcycle is equipped with full LED headlights and taillights. The front wheel features a 90/90 tire with a 12-inch rim, while the rear wheel uses a 100/90 tire with a 10-inch rim. Other notable features include a single-color LCD speedometer, a USB charging port located in the small storage compartment under the handlebars, and a 26-liter storage compartment. The bike still uses a traditional mechanical key.
In terms of performance, the Honda ICON e: is powered by a 1.5 kW electric motor, delivering a maximum output of 2.42 horsepower and 85 Nm of torque. The top speed is limited to 48 km/h, making it suitable for students to use without requiring an A1 driver’s license.

The bike is powered by a 30.6 Ah Lithium-ion battery located on the footrest, providing a range of approximately 71 km as per the manufacturer’s specifications. This range is sufficient for a trip from Hanoi to Ninh Binh with careful riding. Charging from 25% to 75% takes about 3.5 hours, while a full charge from 0% to 100% takes around 8 hours. Users can charge the battery directly via the charging port on the bike or remove the battery for separate charging.
